Role Description

Lead and support the execution of strategic company projects
Manage planning, timelines, and coordination across cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, ops)
Ensure accountability and progress tracking for key deliverables
Conduct research, organize documentation, and prepare briefs or summaries
Identify and implement improvements through automation or AI tools

Application Requirements

Proficiency with project management software and artificial intelligence tools
Strong prompting skills and experience managing complex projects
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Ideally fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (English is acceptable but not preferred)
Must provide proof of previous involvement in AI-related projects (e.g., documentation, case studies, links)

Location

Remote is acceptable, with preference for candidates located in or willing to spend time in Buenos Aires, Lima, or São Paulo.

Compensation

Performance-based compensation depending on goals achieved

Time Commitment

20 to 40 hours per week
