About ProHosts ProHosts is a co-hosting company specializing in short-term rentals (STR) and mid-term rentals (MTR). We manage properties across multiple markets and are passionate about using technology to deliver a seamless experience for both property owners and tenants.

Role Overview We're looking for a curious, self-motivated high school student who is excited about AI, real estate, and operations. You'll get hands-on experience building real AI tools using Claude (by Anthropic) that our team actually uses — not busywork. This is a great fit for someone who likes tinkering with technology and wants to see how a real business runs.

What You'll Work On

AI Agent Development (Primary Focus)

Build and test AI-powered tenant screening workflows for mid-term rental applicants using Claude
Help design Claude-powered chatbots or automated responses to handle common tenant inquiries
Use Claude to draft, refine, and automate internal documents, templates, and communication scripts
Research how to integrate Claude with tools like Zapier or Make to automate day-to-day operations

Marketing & Content

Use Claude to help create and schedule social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Assist with writing and optimizing property listings using AI-assisted copywriting
Help draft email newsletters for property owners

Research & Operations Support

Research STR/MTR regulations in target markets and use Claude to summarize and organize findings
Compile competitor analyses and market pricing reports
Help maintain internal SOPs, templates, and documentation

What We're Looking For

High school student with an interest in AI, tech, real estate, or business
Familiarity with Claude or ChatGPT is a big plus — but we'll teach you
Organized, reliable, and a strong communicator
No prior experience required — just curiosity and a willingness to learn
