Single family homes are responsible for 20% of America's energy-based carbon emissions. thirdACT is proud to be the first company in the nation to transform these existing homes to net zero. We enable homeowners to adopt energy efficiency and clean energy technologies now and pay us back when they sell their home. Our work started in California. We're now expanding nationwide. This is perfect timing. The U.S. Congress is expected to pass the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022,  incentivizing homeowners to electrify their homes (swap out their natural gas appliances for all electric) and adopt solar and batteries. We are thrilled to help families pay for the upfront costs of these technologies. As we scale, we intend to avoid billions of tons of carbon emissions each and every year.
