Role Description
The intern will be mentored and overseen by Kirsten Franklin. The intern's goal is to continue to work on and build the brand for Kirsten Franklin by editing video content for her YouTube Channel. This will require the intern to have access to video editing software on their desktop/laptop. with most likely CapCut, or other software should they already be using one.
You will be responsible for editing longer form video content for YT and leveraging AI to turn that into shorts.
You should love Youtube and be on it all the time. You should also have a love for marketing, sales, brand building or the like. You should have a desire to want to know how it all works for the purpose of conversion and visibility (not virality).
In this short 8 week program you will understand the brand and brand positioning
Look through old facebook video and choose one piece of content for repurposing for YT. and edit said video.
You will work on one podcast video to create shorts and with the goal of getting the viewer sending them back to the original podcast (both on apple and on YT). You will edit that original podcast for YT.

- Understand very clearly the goals of marketing on YT and what types of content will work the target audience.

Location
Remote but you must be located in the US over the summer. We won't have time for overseas vacations to break up the 8 short weeks.
