Join ADPList as a Marketing (Content Creation) Intern and become part of a global creator army promoting design, careers, and mentorship on Instagram and TikTok.

You will create short‑form videos on your own accounts (Reels/TikToks) that naturally feature ADPList in formats you already love: day‑in‑the‑life, study/work routines, “apps I use”, skits, tutorials, or POV content.

This role is assignment‑based: you receive clear briefs with simple rules, post on your own schedule, and get paid only when your content performs, giving you unlimited upside based on how many views you generate.

What you’ll learn as a Marketing content creation intern:

- How to research trends and turn them into high‑performing hooks, scripts, and video concepts for IG/TikTok.

- How to grow impressions using storytelling, pacing, captions, and calls‑to‑action that actually convert.

- How top SaaS and creator‑led brands run ambassador programs and measure performance using impression‑based campaigns.

- How to collaborate with a real startup team, give feedback on briefs, and build a creator portfolio you can show to future employers or brand partners.

Application Requirements:

- Public Instagram and/or TikTok account (no minimum followers; micro‑creators and complete beginners welcome).

- Comfortable filming yourself or using B‑roll, screen recordings, and voiceovers to make short‑form videos.

- Interest in design, tech, careers, or productivity content so your posts feel natural and authentic.

- 2–3 example videos you’ve created (any topic).

- 1–2 rough ideas for how you’d feature ADPList in a Reel/TikTok (no need to film yet).

Compensation:

Paid, per‑assignment and performance‑based.

- For each approved assignment, you can publish up to 2 qualifying posts per month, at least 7 days apart, on Instagram or TikTok.

- You earn USD $60 for every 20,000 organic impressions your post receives, with a cap of USD $500 per post if the content focuses only on ADPList.

- For “round‑up” style videos that include ADPList plus other tools, payment is capped at USD $200 per post.

- Only organic views (no ads or bots) are counted, so you are rewarded purely on how engaging and shareable your content is.
