Role Title: Growth Intern
Role description:
Create short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Create longer-form content for YouTube and assist in podcast production
Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies aligned with ADPList's brand
Build brand recognition for ADPList across universities through growth campaigns
What we’re looking for
Proficiency in creating attention-grabbing videos under 60 seconds
Understanding of viral trends and challenges on Instagram Reels and TikTok
Ability to create seamless transitions and use popular effects
Ability to repurpose content across platforms (e.g., turning podcast clips into short-form videos)
Understanding of each platform's analytics to inform content decisions
Location: Remote
Compensation: Paid $600/month
Time Commitment: 18 hours per week
