Role Description

We are seeking a rockstar Operations Associate (Intern) to help drive our national expansion.

Your role will be to help manage the company’s wellness testing operations. You will join a small team in an early-stage environment with massive potential. You will be responsible for managing several aspects of operations pertaining to health and wellness tests completed by Fitnescity's partner clinics and labs. You will monitor and execute on existing processes, as well as develop and execute on strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Updating/editing webpages (No HTML required)
Organizing contracts and tracking down necessary documents form existing partners
Supporting Operations team with daily operations

Application Requirements

Self-starter and independent worker.
Detail-minded (you will be working with a lot of numbers!) and process-oriented.
Analytical but comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills with some experience with customer happiness.
Has some experience or interest in Operations.
Familiar with the health and wellness industry.
