About Us:

We are a Choux Bakery passionate about creating memorable experiences through our products. We’re looking for a creative and social-media savvy Content Creator to help us share our story, engage our community, and grow our presence on Instagram.

Role Overview:

As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) that captures the essence of our products and connects with our audience. You’ll stay on top of trends, bring creative ideas to the table, and help us build a strong, consistent presence on Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and post high-quality photo and video content (Reels, Stories, Grid posts).

- Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that align with our brand voice.

- Manage content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

- Stay updated on Social Media trends, audio, memes, and engagement tactics.

- Collaborate with the team to showcase products, behind-the-scenes, events, and campaigns.

- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and help grow our online community.

- Analyze performance of posts and suggest improvements based on insights.

Qualifications:

- Strong photography and videography skills (mobile or professional).

- Familiarity with editing apps/tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, InShot).

- Understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.

- Excellent written communication skills with a creative flair.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and a posting schedule.

- Passion for [food/pastry/lifestyle/brand focus] is a plus.

Bonus Skills (not required but nice to have):

- Graphic design knowledge.

- Experience with other platforms (TikTok, Pinterest).

- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite).

10-15 hours per week
