About Revenue Mind

Two and a half years ago, the Revenue Mind podcast ripped off the LinkedIn veneer with a vengeance, exposing the mind behind the number. Guests, including Claude Silver, Chris Walker, Meghann Misiak, and Devin Reed, came on and said things they'd never said on air before. After a temporary hiatus, the podcast is relaunching. And Game Face, a book that is the culmination of 330 hours of interviews over two years, including the host's own story, is in the works.

It's a big season: a podcast coming back to life and a book heading toward launch, at the same time. That's where you come in.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to help grow the Revenue Mind audience and bring the podcast relaunch to market. You'll work directly with the host on real campaigns with real reach. Not busywork. If you're energized by sharp storytelling, B2B/revenue culture, and the honest conversations most people are afraid to have, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Audience Growth & Outreach

Help run outreach campaigns (guest booking, partnerships, and book promotion) including email sequences and list-building
Draft/schedule LinkedIn content
Keep outreach lists and contacts organized and up to date

Podcast Marketing

Repurpose episodes into short clips, audiograms, and quote graphics for social using AI tools
Write show notes, episode descriptions, and social captions in the Revenue Mind voice
Help coordinate the schedule across platforms for the relaunch
Track simple performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and flag what's working (and what's not)

Who You Are

A strong, clear writer with a feel for voice and tone
Interested in revenue/sales culture, mental health, media, or podcasting
Comfortable on social media, design, and email tools
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely and async
A current student able to earn academic credit for the internship
