Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, bold, and highly motivated Social Media Intern to help grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram. This person should be comfortable creating short-form video content, identifying viral trends, brainstorming bold campaign ideas, and helping bring energy and personality to our brand online.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, social-media fluent, and not afraid to pitch creative ideas that stand out. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience or knowledge in recruiting, staffing agencies, talent acquisition, HR, or workforce-related content.

Key Responsibilities

Create and help publish content for TikTok and Instagram
Research viral trends, sounds, formats, and content ideas
Brainstorm bold, creative, and engaging social media campaigns
Help develop short-form video concepts, captions, and hooks
Assist with filming, editing, and organizing content
Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve reach
Support brand awareness through creative social media storytelling
Bring fresh ideas that help the brand stand out in the recruiting/staffing space

Ideal Candidate

The right person is creative, energetic, and plugged into what is happening online. They understand that social media is not just posting graphics and hoping the algorithm has mercy, which, tragically, is how many companies still operate. They should be able to spot trends, move quickly, and help create content that feels current, human, and engaging.

MUST BE:

Live in the United States
Obtained High School Diploma or GED
Speak English fluently.
