The Role

We're looking for a high school student who knows what makes people stop scrolling. You'll help us figure out TikTok and Reels strategies and growth ideas that turn our small beta community into a much bigger one. You'll create native, scroll-stopping short-form video that shows off how Throwback works and why it hits people right in the feels. This is a part-time, flexible internship built around your school schedule.

Role Description

- Develop TikTok and Instagram Reels growth strategies to help Throwback get past our first ~50 beta users and reach a much wider audience

- Brainstorm, film, and edit short-form videos that show real keepsakes coming to life with a tap

- Spot trends, sounds, and formats early and adapt them to Throwback across both platforms

- Plan and maintain a simple posting schedule so we stay consistent

- Grow and engage our community by replying to comments, DMs, and tracking what's resonating

- Experiment with different hooks, styles, and content angles, then report back on what's working and what isn't

- Help create content around our core use cases (polaroids, fridge magnets, postcards, picture frames) and the ""tap to open a memory"" moment

- Pitch fresh campaign and challenge ideas (trends, duets, user-generated content) to drive new sign-ups

- Share honest product feedback from a Gen Z perspective to help shape how Throwback shows up online
