Role Description
- Help scale and maintain the world’s largest, most accurate database of learning opportunities (summer programs, courses, tutoring, internships, etc.)
- Monitor and support AI-powered data tools that collect and structure education program information
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of database entries
- Identify and remove duplicate entries, fill in missing fields, and standardize key program details (e.g., dates, locations, selectivity, financial aid)
- Research programs online and input missing or corrected information
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data pipelines and workflows
- Contribute ideas for making Snowday’s platform more useful for teens, parents, and counselors"
Application Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Familiarity with databases or content management systems is a plus (not required)
- Interest in education, startups, and/or AI-driven technology
