Position Summary
The Social Media & Participant Engagement Intern supports ReNurse Academy’s digital presence and community engagement efforts. This role focuses on creating and managing content across social media platforms, supporting participant and graduate engagement, and assisting with newsletters and website updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and schedule social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage engagement with participants, alumni, and prospective students through comments, messages, and community posts.
- Assist in designing and distributing monthly newsletters.
- Update and maintain website content using the Wix platform.
- Track analytics and engagement metrics to support marketing strategy.
- Highlight ReNurse Academy graduates, success stories, and program updates.
- Support communication campaigns for new programs, events, and announcements.
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure brand consistency and professional messaging.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Wix website builder.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media trends and analytics
