Role Description

Empact is seeking a Growth Associate to support our user acquisition and engagement efforts. This 8-week internship will focus on developing and implementing strategies to grow our user base and increase user engagement. The intern will play a vital role in expanding our reach and enhancing our impact.
Objective: The intern will develop and execute growth strategies, manage user acquisition campaigns, analyze data, and optimize efforts to drive user growth and retention.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to increase our user base
Build online communities and recruit members
Collaborate with the marketing team to align growth efforts with overall marketing goals
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for user acquisition

Application Requirements

Excited to learn growth marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing tools, etc.)
Experience with community building
Can design strategy and take responsibility with execution.
