Role Description
- Empact is seeking a Growth Associate to support our user acquisition and engagement efforts. This 8-week internship will focus on developing and implementing strategies to grow our user base and increase user engagement. The intern will play a vital role in expanding our reach and enhancing our impact.
- Objective: The intern will develop and execute growth strategies, manage user acquisition campaigns, analyze data, and optimize efforts to drive user growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to increase our user base
- Build online communities and recruit members
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align growth efforts with overall marketing goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for user acquisition
Application Requirements
- Excited to learn growth marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing tools, etc.)
- Experience with community building
- Can design strategy and take responsibility with execution.
