This internship is a structured, educational opportunity designed for students seeking early exposure to professional tax advisory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Shadow professionals across business solutions, tax, and advisory engagements
Observe client workflows related to tax filing, tax strategy & planning (business and personal)
Assist with basic bookkeeping review and financial data organization
Gain exposure to business formation processes, including entity setup and structuring workflows
Observe payroll setup processes and ongoing compliance procedures
Support operational workflows including client onboarding and offboarding processes
Gain exposure to billing, invoicing, and client account management systems
Observe annual compliance processes such as report renewals and recurring filings
Assist with light data preparation supporting tax filings, reporting, and internal documentation
Participate in internal training sessions covering tax, operations, and advisory services
Complete guided educational exercises across tax, accounting, and operational service areas
