About the Role

We’re seeking a curious, analytical, and driven Finance Intern to join our Finance & Strategy team for the summer. You’ll help analyze key financial metrics, support strategic decision-making, and work cross-functionally to ensure our operations align with sustainable growth. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of fintech, startups, and small business banking.

What You’ll Do

Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
Support month-end reporting and help prepare performance dashboards
Analyze customer behavior and product profitability
Research market trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging fintech models
Collaborate with teams across Product, Operations, and Growth to assess business decisions and their financial impact
Help improve internal processes and documentation around financial planning and data accuracy

What We’re Looking For

Interest in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Some exposure to Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Interest in fintech, banking innovation, and supporting small businesses
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven team
