Social Media Manager for K–12 Principal Engagement

We’re seeking a creative and strategic social media manager to drive engagement with K–12 school principals. Responsibilities include:

Creating and scheduling one compelling post per day (for 60 days) across selected platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
Crafting content that speaks directly to the challenges, aspirations, and leadership goals of K–12 principals.
Collaborating with our team to align messaging with current campaigns, educational trends, and school improvement strategies.
Utilizing high-impact visuals, videos, and stories to increase reach, shares, and engagement.
Monitoring performance and making data-informed adjustments to boost impact.
The ideal candidate knows how to communicate effectively.
