Job Description: Project Manager – TikTok Strategy
Position Overview
Educational Innovation 360° is seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven Project Manager for TikTok to lead our efforts in building a strong presence on the platform. This role will be responsible for overseeing content strategy, project execution, and performance tracking to position EI360° as a thought leader in education, teacher retention, and AI in learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and manage TikTok growth strategy aligned with EI360°’s mission, branding, and services.
- Content Planning & Management: Oversee the content calendar, coordinate with creative teams, and ensure content is engaging, on-trend, and optimized for visibility.
- Campaign Execution: Manage campaigns that highlight EI360°’s consulting, training, and professional development services for educators, principals, and instructional coaches.
- Analytics & Performance: Monitor metrics (views, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and design teams to integrate TikTok with other social media, email, and event campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Guide the team in responding to comments, participating in trending challenges, and amplifying EI360°’s voice within the education community.
- Innovation: Research new TikTok features, trends, and best practices to ensure EI360° remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing TikTok or similar social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of educational consulting, K-12/higher ed trends, and digital marketing.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, branding, and visual appeal.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education-focused content marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Descript, ChatGPT).
- Strong understanding of hashtags, SEO, and TikTok’s algorithm.
Position Type
Part-time or contract-based with potential to expand as EI360° grows its TikTok presence.
