Our mission is to create engaging comic books, games, and educational materials that inspire and empower children, foster awareness, and provide tools for overcoming life’s challenges. We aim to integrate our platform into hospitals and schools, positively impacting communities worldwide.
Role Description
As a Sole Survivors Intern, you will play a key role in helping us scale and expand the Sole Survivors platform. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the development and refinement of the Sole Survivors pitch deck.
• Researching potential partners, investors, and sponsors for platform scaling and capital raising.
• Collaborating on creative projects, including developing storylines, characters, and educational materials.
• Supporting marketing strategies to promote the platform in schools, hospitals, and other target audiences.
• Providing input on game design and user experience for the Sole Survivors interactive game.
• Conducting outreach to organizations and communities aligned with our mission.
Application Requirements
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Interest or experience in the comic book industry, healthcare education, or children’s media.
• Bonus: Portfolio showcasing relevant creative work or project contributions.
Location
Remote, with opportunities for occasional in-person collaboration depending on location. (West Palm Beach FL)
Compensation
Unpaid (with potential opportunities for recognition in published materials and network-building) as well as opportunities for commission based pay.
Time Commitment
10-15 hours per week, with flexibility based on availability.
