Role Description
- Conduct legal research on topics related to HR, intellectual property (IP), corporate administration, data privacy, and compliance.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, and policy statements.
- Help develop plans to ensure the company meets legal and regulatory requirements in various areas, including data protection and labor laws.
- Support the team in creating internal processes to streamline legal workflows.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand legal needs and advise on legal aspects of business operations.
- Assist in the management of corporate governance documentation and compliance filings.

- Strong research skills and the ability to understand complex legal texts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge or coursework in corporate law, intellectual property, data privacy, or human resources law.
Familiarity with Particular Software Programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of legal research databases such as Westlaw or LexisNexis is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data privacy laws and compliance tools.
