About the Role
We’re seeking a curious, analytical, and driven Finance Intern to join our Finance & Strategy team for the summer. You’ll help analyze key financial metrics, support strategic decision-making, and work cross-functionally to ensure our operations align with sustainable growth. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of fintech, startups, and small business banking.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Support month-end reporting and help prepare performance dashboards
- Analyze customer behavior and product profitability
- Research market trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging fintech models
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Operations, and Growth to assess business decisions and their financial impact
- Help improve internal processes and documentation around financial planning and data accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Some exposure to Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Interest in fintech, banking innovation, and supporting small businesses
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven team
