Role Description
The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing in curating all front-facing content for general promotion, engaging with all of our digital communities, and assisting with partnerships and events. It is imperative that the Digital Marketing Intern works to create and distribute relevant & tasteful content from our work in the field, student programs, partnerships, staff updates, and events across our own and as many partners’ platforms as possible. The goal is to foster a large community of supporters and help those supporters become the best world changers they can be. This role is 75% content creation, 25% amplification/management.
You’ll assist in creating content and managing Legacy social platforms and help grow our audience and engagement, particularly on:

- Can juggle (metaphorically) — multitasking and staying organized is a must
- Has a fun, youthful energy and ideally some student leadership experience
- Must have good jokes (negotiable)
- Must laugh at ours (non-negotiable)
- Is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential
- Is a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Has attentian to detail (If you didn’t catch the typo here, Houston... we’ve got a problem.)
- Is a social media natural — someone who can get what content connects with Gen Z
