Role Description
- Conduct a deep dive into all our systems, including reviewing and reorganizing Google Drive.
- Review and reorganize Google Drive, ensuring all documents are logically categorized and easy to find.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current technology tools and recommend improvements or new tools to enhance productivity. (ranging from task managers, meeting platforms, note taking apps and more)
- Maintain and improve office organization and administrative processes.
- Help determine ideal audience and commercialization strategy
- Assist with copywriting and content creation for marketing materials.
- Review and organize social media efforts, including scheduling posts and tracking engagement.
- Compile and organize lists for conferences, memberships, and other marketing activities.
- Assist the executive team with a variety of tasks, from scheduling meetings to preparing reports.
- Implement tasks assigned by the CEO and other executives promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with different teams to assess their needs and develop necessary procedures.
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that procedures are developed and followed.
