Role Description:
- Track and report analytics for provider onboarding and create simple reports in spreadsheets
- Support in streamlining internal workflows and business operations
- Research on growth to new South Florida regions to create strategic plans
- Participate team meetings and take meeting notes
- Help manage project timelines and internal task
- Research healthcare industry trends

Role Description:
- Conduct research on healthcare AI use cases
- Optional focus areas / projects in:
- Planning and building AI customer interface through WhatsApp, SMS, or in-app for customer support and appointment scheduling
- AI optimization for sales and lead generation
- AI for our B2B platform
- AI / algorithm – based optimization for scheduling
- Mobile app / web application testing & bug reporting
- User flow design

- Interest in AI, healthcare, or app development
- Detail-oriented with a desire to learn technical systems
