Job Description:
- Own and lead Amalu’s crowdfunding campaign (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or similar) with the goal of driving measurable revenue growth.
- Support financial tracking: forecasting, impact reporting, and maintaining basic accounting/P&L records.
- Package and price services strategically to align with revenue goals and profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our team and lead the interns: coordinate progress, facilitate check-ins, identify process improvements, and document the legacy-building of these efforts
- Research and connect with aligned customers/partners; tracking and communicate Amalu’s impact in ways that inspire backers, partners, and future investors.
Application Requirements:
- Prior experience with crowdfunding, fundraising, or growth campaigns that demonstrate measurable financial results (preferred: experience with Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or business fundraising).
- Strong organizational and data skills (finance, impact tracking, forecasting, etc.).
- Clear communicator with ability to craft compelling messaging for backers, customers, and investors.

- Available ~8–12 hours per week, with flexibility around academic or personal commitments.
