The Social Media Marketing Intern will play a key role in expanding Complete Renewal's digital presence and connecting with our target audience of health-conscious minority women. This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape our brand's voice and grow our community.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and scheduling engaging content (posts, stories, reels, TikToks) for our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Creating content specifically for our target personas, Aisha and Brenda, as outlined in our business plan.
- Monitoring social media channels, engaging with comments and messages, and fostering a supportive online community.
- Assisting with social media campaigns and partnerships to expand our reach and amplify our marketing efforts.
- Conducting market research on trending topics and competitor strategies within the clean beauty space.
- Tracking key social media metrics and providing weekly reports on performance.
Application Requirements:
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Basic content creation skills (e.g., using Canva, editing short-form videos).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A portfolio or examples of social media content are a plus.
