Responsibilities:
- Assist with virtual event setup and technical coordination
- Help manage event registration processes and attendee communications
- Support live event logistics, troubleshooting, and participant assistance
- Maintain alumni database and engagement tracking systems
- Assist with networking event planning and execution
- Help coordinate guest speaker scheduling and partnership communications
- Support graduation ceremonies and program celebration events
- Manage community feedback collection and basic analysis
Application Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated through school or personal projects
- Experience with event planning (school events, clubs, etc.) preferred
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling around events
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
Location: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid
Time Commitment: 8-12 hours per week
