Our multi-agent AI platform automates end-to-end campaign creation, optimization, and management across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn—turning small teams into agency-equivalent operations.
We're an early-stage startup founded by leaders with 15+ years driving growth for billion-dollar CPG brands (P&G, Church & Dwight) and deep AI/ML expertise. We've achieved 20x MRR growth in five weeks and are actively developing our product for the next phase of scale.
Why This Internship Matters:
As a Business & Marketing Intern, you'll work directly with our founding team on go-to-market strategy, customer research, lead generation, and marketing execution during a critical growth phase.
This is ideal for someone who wants exposure to multiple facets of startup building—product positioning, enterprise sales, marketing automation, and fundraising. You'll be a core contributor helping us validate market fit, acquire enterprise customers, and scale efficiently.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Conduct customer discovery interviews with marketing directors at medium enterprises to refine product positioning
- Help plan and execute email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing initiatives
- Research and build target lists of consumer goods companies, retail chains, and multi-brand enterprises
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and targeted research
- Support customer onboarding and collect feedback to improve the user journey
- Shape product messaging, value propositions, and case study development
- Research startup accelerators, grants, venture funds, and pitch competitions
- Analyze competitive landscape in AI marketing automation and advertising technology
- Assist with content creation for social media, blog posts, and sales collateral
- Support partnership outreach to agencies and potential white-label partners
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Skills & Traits:
- Strong interest in startups, B2B marketing, growth strategy, or product development
- Excellent written and verbal communication—comfortable crafting professional emails and outreach
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and design tools like Canva
- Strong research and analytical skills—able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Comfortable with cold outreach, hypothesis testing, and rapid iteration
- Organized multitasker who can manage competing priorities and deadlines
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with CRM or email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Familiarity with B2B social platforms (LinkedIn) and advertising formats
- Understanding of startup fundraising or accelerator ecosystems
- Content creation experience (blog writing, social copy, presentation design)
- Knowledge of CPG, retail, or multi-brand enterprise markets
- Social Media channel management to build brand awareness
