Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO (calendar management, scheduling, email organization).
- Assist with research for scholarships, programs, and partnerships.
- Help draft communications, including emails, presentations, and outreach materials.
- Support social media and brand visibility projects.
- Participate in team meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up action.
- Manage and organize digital files, resources, and planning documents.
- Collaborate with interns and volunteers across different departments.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Canva (preferred).
- Interest in education, nonprofit work, or social impact.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
