Overview
Are you a highly organized, entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments? Pupsnap is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chief of Staff Intern to assist the founder with managing cross-functional initiatives ahead of our product launch in Fall 2025. From launching our Kickstarter campaign to refining our website, growing customer success systems, and building our affiliate program — this role is an incredible opportunity to get startup experience at the ground floor.

Role Description
In this role, you’ll work directly with the founder to keep initiatives moving forward. You’ll coordinate with different team members, track progress across projects, and take ownership of operational tasks. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to:
- Preparing and coordinating the Kickstarter campaign (copy, video, timeline, rewards)
- Overseeing website tasks in collaboration with designers and developers
- Managing social media calendars, marketing initiatives, and performance tracking
- Supporting customer success workflows to ensure an amazing pre-launch experience
- Launching and managing our affiliate program, including onboarding partners and creating marketing toolkits
- Streamlining internal systems and documentation (e.g., Notion, Trello, Google Drive)
- Serving as a thought partner to the founder by identifying blockers and surfacing solutions
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines
- Passion for dogs, storytelling, startups, or consumer products
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion) is a plus
- Self-starter attitude with a bias for action
Key Project: Product Launch Coordination
You'll play a key role in organizing and coordinating our end-to-end product launch — working cross-functionally across marketing, web, product, and partnerships. This includes supporting the rollout of our Kickstarter, tracking all moving pieces, and ensuring deadlines are met.
