Role Description: Social Media Marketing & Research Intern
Project Overview: In this project-based role, you will serve as a Strategy Architect, blending social media marketing with qualitative research. You will move beyond simple content creation to understand the “why” behind audience engagement, focusing on high-impact social issues like body image, academic stress, and peer pressure.
Core Responsibilities:
- Campaign Brainstorming: Collaborate with peers to develop creative campaign concepts that empower others and address relevant, non-political social issues.
- Marketing Research: Design and lead focus groups and develop research questions to gather deep insights into your target audience.
- Data Analysis & Iteration: Analyze qualitative feedback to identify patterns, then use those insights to refine and strengthen campaign messaging.
- Strategic Recommendations: Develop informed assumptions and make recommendations to increase the clarity and effectiveness of media assets.
- Durable Skills Training: Actively apply and refine "human-centric" skills—Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Initiative—throughout the project lifecycle.
- Metacognitive Reflection: Participate in structured reflection sessions to assess your learning process, improve performance, and build professional self-awareness.
