Role Description
Empact is seeking a Creator Outreach Associate to help us grow our ecosystem of filmmakers, authors, and storytellers. You’ll help us identify emerging creators and filmmakers aligned with Empact’s mission and bring them into our platform.
Objective: Build the “supply side” of our campaign marketplace by recruiting creators and supporting their onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Identify creators on YouTube, Film Festivals, and social media
- Contact and interview them about their goals and workflows
- Assist with onboarding and campaigns setup
- Draft community spotlight features or case studies
- Keep CRM up to date, track and report on outreach progress and outcomes.
Application Requirements
- Clear communication, curiosity, and empathy
- Comfortable doing outreach to new people
- Bonus: Understanding of the creator or artist economy

- Great at communication and crafting empathetic, concise messages
