What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow our official X page by posting memes, insights, and updates aligned with our brand voice.
- Stay on top of trends, internet culture, and news cycles to capitalize on viral moments.
- Create or curate memes, screenshots, and tweet formats that have high share potential.
- Write and schedule posts that are funny, engaging, informative, or controversial enough to get people talking.
- Monitor performance, respond to comments/DMs where needed, and refine strategies based on analytics.
- Collaborate with the team to repurpose content from other platforms or campaigns.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Twitter culture, meme formats, and viral mechanics.
- Proven experience growing or managing meme pages, creator profiles, or brand accounts.
- Strong copywriting skills — your tweets should stop thumbs and get shared.
- Creative instincts and an eye for what’s actually funny or worth engaging with.
- Must be organized and consistent with posting schedules.
Bonus Structure:
If a post goes viral (based on likes, reposts, and reach benchmarks we’ll set together), you’ll earn cash bonuses. The bigger the post, the bigger the bonus.
