About The Role
We’re looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the founding team. This is an ops-heavy, execution-driven role with exposure to product, tech, data, and cross-functional projects. You’ll be managing internal workflows while also contributing to strategic initiatives across the company.If you’re hands-on, smart, driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate teams' workflows and internal execution pipelines
Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across teams
Build and improve internal processes for speed and efficiency
Work on tech and non - tech projects
Support data analysis initiatives
Requirements:
Coding Skills - You don't need to be proficient at it, but must know how to get things done via ChatGPT.
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Fast learner with a bias for action and ownership
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
You are extremely hungry and looking to own something within 1-2 months of joining
