- The Design Engineer is responsible for design of new or existing products, in line with planning, process, legal and quality targets.
- He/she should be able to create complete engineering designs translated in CAD models and creates all the associated documentation as per program requirements.
- CAD tools - Catia V5, CatiaV6, Teamcenter, Enovia
- PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc
- General Engineering knowledge, Automobile, BIW, strength of ma terial, Materials etc
- Exposure to design and development environment.
- Exposure on design standards
