Role Description:
- Develop a fully functional, modern website for FHIL from concept to launch, specifically designed to attract and engage potential impact investors
- Focus on building out our Africa strategy digital presence (our US strategy is being handled separately)
- Conduct comprehensive market research on Africa's youth demographic potential in healthcare
- Help build and curate a community of investors focused on global healthcare transformation
- Support regular meetings and updates with our investor community
- Join some meetings with partners and potential partners to gain practical experience
- Research innovative business models, technologies, and community-led approaches in healthcare
- The intern will receive mentorship, including frequent check-ins and opportunities to learn about working in the UN system, international global public health, and social innovation.
Application Requirements:
- Experience with website development platforms (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Interest in global health, impact investing, or African development
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
