BK International Education Consultancy is seeking a motivated high school student with an interest in digital marketing, social media management, and digital communications. As a digital marketing intern, you’ll be part of pioneering, evangelizing, & growing a brand new idea, while also making a difference in the world.
The Digital Marketing Intern will play an active role in the development of our online community and the execution of BKCONSULTANCY’s digital marketing strategy. Under the guidance of the founder & CEO, the intern will maintain BK Consultancy's presence across various social media platforms and help create and publish content that is relevant to the customer base and support product development marketing campaigns.
An ideal candidate for the role is one who demonstrates:

REQUIREMENTS
*Commitment of 5-15h per week
*Proficiency with major social channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook
*Proficiency with digital collaboration tools: Zoom, Canva, G Suite including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
Project #1
Social Media: The intern will aid in brand awareness and promoting company initiatives by developing social media content (copy and visuals) for our target audience and followers on our various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) using a media scheduler (Hootsuite). Intern will also be able to identify popular #hashtags to increase reach, impressions, and engagement. Intern will monitor social media analytics and data to pitch and test strategy ideas.
Project #2
Communications: The intern will aid in brand awareness and promoting company initiatives and may be responsible email production including content creation, campaigns, QA, and deployment. (videos, landing pages, emails, webinars, presentations, white papers…) You may use email automation tools to create mobile-responsive email templates, analyze email databases, Implement surveys, A/B testing for lead generation. For all updates, the intern may require analyzing campaign performance and suggest improvements. Intern must utilize effective project management skills to track communications, responses, and follow ups to work productively in a remote environment.
Project #3
Product Launch: This project may give the intern a real opportunity to manage a launch and help our company make as much noise and create as much brand awareness as possible. Their task may be to develop and plan the media and communication strategy with the marketing team and lead the campaign for the launch, implementing their ideas through various traditional and digital media channels to achieve our objectives. Furthermore, the intern may need to embed analytics and tracking to ensure they can review campaign success.
Project #4
Self-Choice: We will work with intern to identify an additional project(s) of interest that leverages the candidates skill sets and interest. Projects range from an area the intern would like to build upon their academic course work, learn a new skill not overtly associated with their major, or strengthen an interpersonal skill.
