Our culture is built on:
- Authenticity over perfection
- Creativity over conformity
- Hard work with compassion
- Growth mindsets over fixed ones
We’re a small but mighty team—and we believe that every detail matters when building something that can change lives.
Role Overview
As our Research & Lead Generation Intern, you will play a critical behind-the-scenes role in identifying, organizing, and preparing high-quality leads that will directly support new partnerships, sponsorships, and content collaborations.
This is a great fit for someone who:
- Finds satisfaction in researching, organizing, and tracking details
- Is self-motivated and consistent
- Wants to see how research and lead generation drive revenue and growth in an early-stage startup
Your work will allow the CEO and COO to focus on high-impact conversations with hospital systems, autism centers, brands, and potential podcast guests. While you’ll collaborate with the Social Media Intern occasionally, this role is primarily focused on research, outreach tracking, and CRM management—not content creation.
You will have direct oversight from the CEO/COO with weekly check-ins and guidance.

- Tag and input resources (events, centers, providers, etc.) into our internal database
- Organize listings by region, category, and family relevance
Lead Generation & Strategic Partnerships
- Build high-quality lead lists for:
- Hospitals and pediatric care systems
- Service providers, nonprofits, and autism organizations
- Potential sponsors (local and national brands)
- Research and log:
- Org size and mission
- Key decision-makers
- DEI/community health alignment
- CHNA relevance (if applicable)

- Collaborate with the Social Media Intern to:
- Identify experts, providers, creators, and parents from TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Maintain a podcast guest pipeline with notes, contact info, and outreach status
- Track interest from social media and website forms
CRM Management & Weekly Reporting
- Maintain and organize all contact information in ClickUp, Google Sheets, or HubSpot
- Ensure lead data is clear, up to date, and ready for use by the CEO
- Submit weekly status reports highlighting key leads, progress, and insights
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are comfortable with repetitive, detailed tasks that drive long-term outcomes
- Enjoy tracking things in spreadsheets, tagging systems, or digital tools
- Are naturally organized, methodical, and dependable
- Can manage yourself and meet weekly goals with minimal reminders
- Have curiosity about autism services, public health, technology and/or business development
- Are comfortable working independently with direct feedback and accountability from leadership
What You’ll Gain
- A clear understanding of how back-end research fuels revenue growth
- Hands-on experience in partner strategy, CRM systems, and lead qualification
- Exposure to how a startup identifies aligned sponsors, funders, and collaborators
- A key support role that drives real impact, even if it's not always visible on social media
- Mentorship and oversight from the CEO and COO, with opportunities to share input and ask questions
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives on structure, clarity, and delivering results behind the scenes
- Enjoys finding patterns, gaps, and new possibilities through research
- Is excited to support a founder-led, mission-driven tech startup changing lives
- If that sounds like you we’d love to hear from you.
