Software Testing & Documentation Volunteer
About Us:
DART Command Central (DARTCC) is developing the Emergency Animal Shelter App (EASApp™), a Progressive Web App (PWA) designed to assist volunteers in managing emergency pet shelters during disasters. We use Bubble, a no-code prototyping tool, to allow users to test features and provide feedback before full implementation into EASApp™.
This role will focus on testing functionality, documenting results, and assisting in the creation of instructional video guides to support EASApp™ users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test application functionality on both desktop and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Document testing results in Trello for development tracking.
- Assist in the creation of video guides for key processes, including:
- Intake process
- Daily care procedures
- Urgent care instructions
- Release procedures
- Team Lead responsibilities
- Setting up a deployment
- Deployment Data Export
- Contact Module Instructions
Requirements:
- Access to current web browsers for testing and documentation.
- Ability to test on at least one mobile device (iOS or Android).
- Experience with Trello (preferred but not required).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
