About RevArt

RevArt is a leading platform connecting artists with exhibition opportunities, businesses, and collectors. We specialize in curating exhibitions, fostering art-tech collaborations, and supporting emerging and established artists.

We are looking for a Gallery Assistant Intern to support our exhibition projects. This is an excellent opportunity for those students who are interested in the arts, curation, and event management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking exhibition timelines, logistics, and artist communications

• Research and contact artists regarding exhibition participation and logistics

• Maintain digital records of artwork, contracts, and shipping details

• Help prepare exhibition materials, such as labels, artwork descriptions, and social media updates

• Support marketing efforts, including social media promotion and email outreach

• Provide administrative support for gallery events and artist talks

• Assist in coordinating artwork transportation and installation logistics

Requirements

• Students with an interest in art, design, or event management

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and email communication

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• A passion for the arts and willingness to learn about gallery operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, customer service, or administrative tasks is beneficial
