We're solving a problem that costs businesses millions: medium enterprises with 5-15+ brands can only afford to actively market their top 20%, while the remaining 80% of profitable products get zero paid media support. Our multi-agent AI platform automates end-to-end campaign creation, optimization, and management across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn—turning 2-person teams into agency-equivalent operations.
We're an early-stage startup founded by leaders with 15+ years driving growth for billion-dollar CPG brands (P&G, Church & Dwight) and deep AI/ML expertise. We are still building key functionality for the product while having 20X MRR in five weeks of client prospecting and are preparing for our next growth phase.
Why This Internship Matters:
You'll contribute directly to core product features that enterprise clients use daily to manage millions in ad spend. This isn't about fixing bugs—you'll help build the AI agent orchestration layer, campaign generation workflows, and cross-platform integrations that power our competitive advantage.
You'll work alongside our founding team on real technical challenges: multi-agent coordination, API integrations at scale, performance optimization, and AI model workflows. This is hands-on startup experience building infrastructure that matters.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Build product features using React, Tailwind, and TypeScript for our campaign management dashboard
- Develop and optimize Node.js or Python APIs connecting AI models to Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn platforms
- Integrate LLM workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) for automated campaign generation
- Set up scalable infrastructure using Firebase, Supabase, or AWS/GCP for enterprise-grade reliability
- Enhance multi-brand portfolio management UI/UX for marketing teams
- Implement performance monitoring, unit tests, and CI/CD workflows
- Contribute to product sprints and roadmap discussions with direct founder collaboration
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience with React.js and backend development (Node.js or Python)
- Understanding of REST APIs, cloud functions, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Self-directed work style—comfortable in fast-paced, async startup environment
- Genuine interest in AI-powered products and marketing technology
Nice-to-Haves:
- GitHub portfolio with project examples
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI APIs
- Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or similar cloud backends
- Knowledge of marketing APIs (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Understanding of performance testing or monitoring tools
