Role Overview
We are looking for proactive and entrepreneurial interns to support the sourcing, onboarding, and coordination of commission-based sales contractors, while also helping to manage and grow Virbyze’s partner networks. This role is ideal for individuals interested in startups, partnerships, sales ecosystems, and global collaboration.
This is an unpaid opportunity designed for individuals who want to learn, gain hands-on experience, build practical skills, and collaborate with a diverse global team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Contractor Sourcing & Management
- Identify, source, and recommend commission-based sales contractors and ambassadors
- Support onboarding and basic coordination of sales contractors
- Maintain simple records of contractors, territories, and performance updates
- Assist in communicating sales guidelines, targets, and commission structures
Partner Network Management
- Support mapping and documentation of Virbyze’s partner ecosystem (NGOs, SMEs, institutions, agents, associations, etc.)
- Assist in partner communication, follow-ups, and relationship coordination
- Help track partnership activities, deliverables, and engagement status
- Support outreach efforts for new strategic partners
General Support
- Assist with reporting, presentations, and internal documentation
- Participate in virtual team meetings and collaboration sessions
- Share insights from the field to help improve sales and partnership strategies
Who We’re Looking For
- Students or recent graduates in business, marketing, economics, international relations, entrepreneurship, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Interest in startups, sales ecosystems, partnerships, and social impact
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (Google Docs, Sheets, email, messaging apps)

Remote
Time Commitment:
Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic and personal commitments.
