Role Overview
The Content Operations Intern will explore, test, and optimize AI-driven content operations for a selected industry vertical. This includes researching best practices, running iterative experiments, setting up feedback loops, validating conversion/exposure metrics, and identifying parameters for automated pipelines.
The role bridges marketing operations, product insights, and experimentation—aimed at producing measurable business impact and actionable recommendations for product managers and platform marketing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Select an industry vertical (e.g., beauty, supplements, fashion, B2B SaaS, real estate) for deep exploration
- Research industry content patterns, high-engagement posting structures, and competitor best practices
- Use MediaFusion.ai to generate and distribute content across multiple platforms
- Track exposure metrics (impressions, CTR, engagement) and conversion indicators (profile clicks, landing page visits, DM inquiries)
- Build a systematic feedback mechanism covering:
- platform performance
- audience responses
- content structural patterns
- posting timing
- Compare manual, semi-automated, and fully automated pipelines for performance equivalence
- Identify the operational parameters (timing, prompt patterns, platform-specific adjustments, CTA structures, scheduling patterns) that correlate with improved KPIs
- Once validated, document automation-ready specifications for engineering
- Produce weekly insights for product and platform marketing teams
Application Requirements:
- Curious of Gen-AI and digital content marketing, familiar with remote collaboration software like google workspace, conference meeting, slack, fluent English both verbal and oral. Some experience on short video engagement code and multi-media generation AI models;
- As for interview preparation, feel free to prepare a video ads sample by gen-ai for a product you love.
