ABOUT MO-SAIQ
Mo-saiQ is a national education nonprofit building the navigation infrastructure that high-achieving Black, Latinx, and Indigenous students need to not just access opportunity but lead in it. We operate from a core belief: talent is not the barrier. Navigation is.
Our flagship Scholar Empowerment Program has served ~100 scholars across 19 states and combines high-touch mentorship, STEM and entrepreneurship pathway development, identity-affirming programming, and social capital activation. Our pilot cohort achieved a 4.9/5 satisfaction rating, with 100% of participants reporting growth in leadership knowledge and 90% feeling increased confidence in navigating college decisions.
We are simultaneously building an AI-powered Scholar Navigator platform designed to scale personalized navigation to 50,000 innovators by 2035.
THE OPPORTUNITY

- Strategic thinking from planning, analyzing, and iterating on a real content ecosystem
- Direct mentorship from Mo-saiQ leadership and connection to a national scholar community
