At Nice Industries, you’ll be working with the former Creative Director for Gary Vaynerchuk’s emerging tech consultancy and the creator behind projects using blockchain for good. You’ll learn the same behind-the-scenes tactics used to promote the world’s biggest brands — and get hands-on experience building content that inspires change.
This is your chance to create, experiment, and grow alongside a team that’s shaping the future of culture, tech, and impact.
🎥 What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our team to dream up bold campaigns that actually stand out.
- Create graphics, videos, copy, and audio using whatever tools you vibe with.
- Experiment across platforms — TikTok, IG, Reddit, X, LinkedIn — and learn what works.
- Post, reply, and engage with audiences in real time.
- Stay on top of the newest features and trends so we’re always ahead of the curve.
- Share insights from what’s working (or not) so the whole team levels up together.
✨ What We’re Looking For
- A positive, curious, and self-motivated creator.
- Someone who knows the culture of at least 2 social platforms deeply.
- Experience working with a small team (3+ people).
- Willing to show us 3 examples of posts you’ve created that promote a product, brand, or cause (any style counts — show your range!).

- 100% Remote — or Hybrid if you happen to be near teammates.
⏰ Time & Perks
- 15–25 hours/week
