Role Description:
- Draft and schedule social media content for ShelfSlide across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Support the founder by drafting LinkedIn post ideas for her personal account.
- Research small shops, salons, and boutiques that could host shelves, and record findings in a shared spreadsheet (Google Sheets or similar). Data that is confirmed or ready for use may later be added to Airtable.
- Research small product brands that could benefit from ShelfSlide exposure.
- Create simple Canva graphics to accompany posts.
- Track basic engagement metrics (views, likes, comments) and prepare a short weekly summary.
- Assist in drafting outreach messages (emails or DMs) to potential hosts or brands.
- Share feedback and new ideas during weekly check-ins.
- Students with stronger skills are welcome to take on more advanced projects such as planning campaigns, managing posting schedules, or leading direct outreach.
Application Requirements:
- Interest in marketing, social media, or startups.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Comfortable conducting online research and organizing findings in Airtable.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
Location: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid
Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week
