Job Description:
- Test ShelfSlide’s website flows as both host (store owner) and renter (brand).
- Enter and organize listing and booking information into Airtable.
- Monitor Make.com automations that are already built and flag errors with screenshots and timestamps.
- Test Stripe checkout links to confirm payments go through as expected in the test environment.
- Document steps with clear screenshots and create simple internal guides.
- Share usability feedback and suggest improvements during weekly check-ins.
- Interns with more technical skills are welcome to assist in further developing the Stripe payment system and/or Make.com automations, working from documented specs.
All work is performed in test/sandbox environments unless written approval is given for production changes.
- Prepare a short weekly summary of test results, errors found, and suggested improvements.
- Learn and apply basic no-code practices in Softr and Airtable through hands-on testing, available tutorials, and assigned tasks, with opportunities to explore more advanced areas if interested.
Application Requirements:
- Interest in technology, startups, or product management.
- Comfortable using Airtable for organizing and updating data.
- Strong attention to detail when testing and documenting processes.
- No prior coding experience required.
- Familiarity with Softr, Airtable, Make.com, or Stripe is a plus for students who wish to undertake advanced tasks.
- Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement before accessing project tools.

Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week
