Unpaid High School Internship – Copywriting & Marketing (Summer 2026)

Are you a strong writer whose curious about marketing, social media, and how brands actually grow online? This is not a “busy work” internship. You’ll learn real-world copywriting skills, work with modern AI tools, and contribute to live marketing projects.
We’re opening 4–5 internship spots for high school students interested in copywriting, branding, and digital marketing.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help create and refine content across multiple platforms, including:
- Social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- YouTube descriptions and content support
- Email marketing copy
- Website and landing page copy
- Workbooks, PDFs, and other client-facing materials
You won’t be starting from scratch every time—we use AI for ideation and first drafts. Your job is to think, refine, and make the content actually good.
What You’ll Learn
This internship is designed to teach you skills most entry-level marketers don’t even have yet:
- How to understand and write for an ideal client
- Basics of market research
- Platform-specific copywriting (what works where and why)
- How and when to use hashtags and search optimization
- How content shows up in AI-driven search and discovery
- Editing and improving AI-generated content (a critical future skill)
Internship Structure
- Time commitment: ~15 hours per week
- Duration: Summer (Cohort 1 or 2)
- Format: Remote
- Type: Unpaid (focused on skill-building, mentorship, and portfolio development)
Each intern will choose a primary focus area for the summer. When applying, tell us which area interests you most:

What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing skills (you don’t need to be perfect, but you need to care about improving)
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Curiosity about marketing, branding, or entrepreneurship
- Reliability—if you commit, you follow through
- Openness to using AI tools (no prior experience required)
