This role is a crash course in social media content creation, community management, and growth strategy. You will be involved in the following activities in collaboration with the Groovetime team:
- Posting content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts using prepared assets or quick edits.
- Responding to comments and DMs, maintaining a friendly, consistent brand voice.
- Sharing updates, reposts, and community features on Stories.
- Creating classic Groovetime content types (compilations, tutorials) as well as experimenting with new ideas.
- Tracking post performance and highlighting top results.
- Brainstorming and testing innovative ways to engage Groovetime’s community.
Application Requirements:
Has an interest in short-form video and social media trends (dance skill level is not important).
Skills:
- Familiarity with at least one content creation tool: TikTok, CapCut, Instagram, YouTube.
- Comfortable engaging with audiences through comments and DMs.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Bonus: Editing experience, community moderation, or on-camera comfort.
Location: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid
Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week
