Viv Health: AI-powered clinical tools for OB/Gyn clinics.
We’re building a B2B platform that helps women's health specialists and clinics deliver better care for their patients with AI powered screening and triage tools. Its software that turbocharges doctors and nurses to deliver more modern, personalized care and make sure women no longer fall through the cracks of the healthcare system. We're hiring for 2 internship roles:
User Experience Research Intern:
We’re looking for an Intern to help us understand how OB/Gyn providers care for patients and translate that into product insights. You will need to understand technology tools and platforms, and how to shape them for our end users. You'll be working internally with the company founder and medical advisors.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct customer research with doctors and clinic staff (interviews, observations, surveys)
- Map clinical workflows and identify opportunities for AI-powered tools to improve care
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights for design and product teams
- Collaborate with the founding team to brainstorm and prototype solutions
Who you are:
- Creative, curious, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator, able to translate complex findings clearly
- Interested in healthcare, women’s health, or patient experience
- Excited to shape how technology can fit into clinical workflows
Location: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid
Time Commitment: 10 hours per week
